UP2D8 is a secure communication platform where the privacy of the users is respected. It channels all messaging from an organization to its members/employees/followers in a very effective and efficient way. The contentis determined by the organization, giving the users a timeline with only relevant information. The user can follow multiple organizations simultanously on the platform and within one and the same app. This way you can follow the official news & calendar of your company, your sports club, but also the school or association of your children within one and the same app. If that’s not convenient! So don’t hesitate, install the app, check if  your organization is already UP2D8 and send them a follow request!

A central wall shows the feed of all updates that are intended for you. If you belong to different organizations, all updates from these organizations will be shown here.

USER GROUPS

The organization and therefore all its members can be divided into several user groups. This way you can reach your target audience in a very efficient way.

CHAT (GROUP OR ONE-TO-ONE)

The new version of UP2D8 includes a chat function. You can immediately join the group chat of the user groups you belong to or talk to someone individually.

DOCUMENT & MEDIA LIBRARY

In the file library you will immediately find all important files that have been sent to you.

STEP 1:
REGISTER

Register as a user

STEP 2:
FOLLOW YOUR ORGANIZATION

Click on the 'FOLLOW' button of your organization. If asked by your organization enter assignment key (like badgenr, membership nr, social security id,...) or additional info during the follow request submission.

STEP 3:
admin accepts your request

The admin(s) of your organization accepts you as a follower, assigns you a user role and user groups. If a correct/valid assignment key was given, this process will be done automatically.

STEP 4:
YOU ARE NOW UP-TO-DATE

You are now up-to-date and will receive the official communciation from your organization towards you and towards the user groups you belong to.
